Colfax — Wed Saturday at Colfax Lutheran Church by the Rev. Wallace Aos were Helen Larson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.O. Larson of this city, and Thomas Baehler, son of Mr. and Mrs. William B. Baehler, Milwaukee. The bride’s father gave her in marriage.
Embroidered silk organza fashioned the bridal gown which was styled with portrait neckline and tiered skirt. A pearl crown held the silk illusion veil, and the bridal bouquet was of pink roses and stephanotis.
Suzanne Larson, maid of honor, wore a ballerina length dress of white nylon sheer with aqua Schiffli embroidery on bodice and skirt and in aqua cummerbund. Janet Larson, bridesmaid, was attired in a dress similar to the maid of honor with pink embroidery. Both carried cascades of pink carnations.
Attending the groom were Noel Grimm, best man, and Dick Ohl. Orville Larson and Harold Clemens served as ushers.
A reception in Luther Hall followed the ceremony. After a wedding trip to Canada and the East Coast, the couple will make their home in Milwaukee.
